Guy’s & St Thomas’s NHS Foundation Trust Hospital - London SE1
In 2006, CKC was awarded a 3-4 year contract to provide a wide range of consumables (papers, janitorial, cleaning chemicals and equipment) to these two major hospital sites. As well as offering the Trust competitive prices, a critical element of the contract was our ability to service their almost daily requirements from our extensive warehouse stocks. With our liveried vehicles constantly delivering in the south-east and a dedicated Account Manager, GSTT have benefitted from not having to maintain high stock levels themselves and have appreciated the value for money they’ve achieved by consolidating their requirements to optimise prices.
The Trusts purchase of electrical equipment (steam cleaners, floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners etc) have been a key part of the contract providing as it does a one-stop shop facility for the Trust, all supported by CKC’s own technician able to train GSTT staff in the equipment or deal with any technical hitches.
